I consider myself an entertaining chef, the life of the party! Food and entertainment go hand in hand, and that's what I provide. I'm also a food inventor, creating new and exciting dishes like my signature sweet deep fried cornbread dessert.

My dream client loves to try new things and experience new flavors. Someone who enjoys laughing and talking at the table with friends and family, while eating good home-cooked food. They appreciate good southern cooking, from gumbo and shrimp creole, to shrimp and grits, oxtails and mac and cheese.
Signature style
My style is an American soul fusion, drawing from different ethnic backgrounds and flavors. My signature dish is a shrimp creole bisque. My food is special because I'm very creative with my flavors and style, I'm able to create anything out of nothing when it come to food. Growing up poor we had to adapt in fact a lot of these dishes we have today comes from people like me.
